Provincial Grand Lodge of Essex donation helps NCI Southend towards Station replacement

26th January 2020 – NCI Southend received a donation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Essex. A cheque for £10,000 was presented at the station by the Deputy Grand Master, Paul Reeves, and the photograph shows it being received by Station Manager, Rodney Hyne-Jones.

“Whilst we are not quite there yet, this very generous donation, which is greatly appreciated, has gone some way towards achieving the necessary level of funding to proceed with the replacement which is urgently needed”, said Rodney Hyne-Jones.

Paul Reeves and Provincial Grand Secretary, Phil Lovelock, were then given a tour of the station in operation and both appeared impressed with the valuable tasks carried out by NCI around our coasts.

1st January 2021

Our new cabins were delivered to our site in September 2020,set up as you now see them with all the necessary equipment installed up and working well.

With this in mind it was thought to give some updated pictures, not only pictures you can see from your side of the fence, but showing the interiors together wih some of our equipment.
